Step 1: Hit the Windows key on the keyboard, select the Settings icon to access the Settings window.

Step 3: Choose Themes from the left pane, then scroll down to Apply a theme, and change the theme of the Windows operating system.
Step 4: Press Windows + R to get Run box, type %windir%ResourcesThemes in the search bar, and click the OK button to confirm.
Step 5: You can see some theme files in the new popping-up window. Right-click the troublesome theme and select Delete. This will remove the theme and its resources, this getting rid of the problem.

Fix 2: Switch the Theme Background Settings to Picture
If your newly created theme is a slideshow, and most are, turning it to one background might be helpful.
