Step 1: Go to the official iCloud website with your Windows PC.
Step 2: Complete the sign-in process.
In the process, you will receive a verification code via text message. Enter the code in the filed provided. Press the Allow option on your iOS device.
Step 3: You will see a Photos icon on the iCloud homepage. Click the icon and you will view all the photos you have saved on iCloud.
Note: If you have arranged your photos in different albums on iCloud, you will find the albums in the left pane and you can view one of them by clicking the name.
Step 4: Select the photo you want to download. After selecting, you should see the number of the selected photos indicated in the upper right corner.
- To download multiple photos, you should hold down the Ctrl key and click on them;

When the downloading process comes to an end, you can open File Explorer and then go to the path: iCloud photos > Downloads to view all your download photos. You may see a compressed zip file if you download more than one photo at once. In this situation, you need to unzip them to view them.
