Method 1: Restart Your Computer
Some bugs and programs conflicts can be solved by a simple restart. If your CSGO won’t open, you can try restarting your computer. Then launch your CSGO and check if the problem disappears.

Method 2: Run the Game as Administrator
Another way to fix CSGO not launching is to run the game as administrator. Here is how to do it.
Step 1: Exit Steam completely.

Step 2: In the following window, right-click steamapps folder and choose Copy. Then paste the copy to another location to back it up. So, you don’t need to reinstall CSGO after you uninstall Steam.
Step 3: Open Control Panel. Then select View by: Category and click Uninstall a program.
Step 4: In the program list, right-click Steam and choose Uninstall. Then follow the onscreen instructions to finish the process.
Step 5: Download Steam from the official website and install it.
Step 6: Right-click Stem icon and choose Open file location again. Then move the backup steamapps folder to the current Steam directory.
Then you can run Steam and launch CSGO to check if it could be opened.
