You might have noticed that AirPods LED don’t always flash with the same colour. In addition to orange, they can be solid green, solid amber, flashing white, or flashing amber. What does these colours mean? Here, we explain them one by one.

Method 1: Factory Reset AirPods
Step 1: Navigate to Settings on your iPhone device.
Step 2: Pick Bluetooth and then choose AirPods in the device list.
Step 3: Click on the information button next to your AirPods.
Step 4: Choose Forget This Device.
Step 5: Put the AirPods back in the charging case and then close the lid.
Step 6: After a few seconds, open the lid and press the setup button at the back of the charging case until you see an amber light flashing and then turning white.
Step 7: Reconnect the iPhone to the AirPods, and then hold both iPhone and the pods close to each other.
Step 8: You will see an animation of AirPods on the iPhone screen. Choose Connect and wait patiently until the devices are connected and press Done.
Method 2: Restart Your iPhone Device

Method 3: Update the Firmware of AirPods

Step 2: After it is connected, take the paired Airpod from the case. Use it to listen to some music for about five or ten minutes. Then put this paired Airpod away.
Step 3: Hold the other Airpod and put it back into the case.
Step 4: Repeat the previous steps to make sure that the unpaired Airpod is reconnected to your iPhone.
Step 5: Put both AirPods back into the charging case with the lid open.
Step 6: Connect the case to a power source for about an hour. Then close your charging case and leave it recharging for another hour or so.
Step 7: Open Settings on your device and choose Bluetooth.
Step 8: Remove the two AirPods and open the charging case. Now, pair AirPods as usual.
