Can You Play Forza Horizon 2/3 on PC?

The Forza Horizon series includes the following titles:

• Forza Horizon (2012), developed for the Xbox 360.
• Forza Horizon 2 (2014), developed for the Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
• Forza Horizon 3 (2016), released for Xbox One and Windows 10.
• Forza Horizon 4 (2018), developed for the Xbox One and Windows 10.
• Forza Horizon 5 (2021), released for the Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Windows 10.

Currently, you can get the Forza Horizon 4/5 from Steam or Microsoft Store, and then play it on your PC. However, can you play the original Forza Horizon, Forza Horizon 2, or Forza Horizon 3 on your PC?
