  1. Open the Run dialog, type “regedit” and press Enter to open Registry Editor.
  2. Go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ComputerName\ActiveComputerName.
  3. On the right panel, check the Data of the ComputerName entry.
